Indulgence began in 2000, with Slow Food Edmonton as a supporting partner. We bring local producers, Edmonton’s top chefs, restaurants, the best VQA and estate Canadian Wineries, local breweries and distillers together for one evening of culinary creation using ingredients from local ranchers and farmers. Patrons at Indulgence will sample food and drink pairings from multiple producer-Chef-beverage stations.
All proceeds collected are donated to the junior League of Edmonton.

Indulgence is an excellent opportunity to showcase local chefs to a discerning audience and demonstrate our commitment to the talent of our food, wine, brewery and distillery community. Each chef will feature a dish using local ingredients from an Albertan farmer or rancher and pair it with a Canadian wine, spirit or beer. The purpose of the event is to educate, inform and to provide post-event opportunities for attendees to seek out restaurants, producers and beverage provider that have taken part in Indulgence.
There is a silent auction the night of the Indulgence. If you are interested in donating an item to the silent auction, let us know and we will have someone contact you.
**NOTE: Chefs, Wineries/distilleries/breweries and Producers will be paired on first come-first served basis. We will do our best to honour the preferences stated on the registration form. **
